The whistle blower form enables all employees and external stakeholders with a a secure channel to report violations of law, our governing elements and internal policies.

What to report?

All employees or third parties, whom the group has a business relationship with may at any time file a complaint or report circumstances that suggest compliance violations.

Reporting may be liked to:

  • Corruption

  • Fraud

  • Anti-trust (breach of applicable competition law)

  • Tax Fraud

  • Conflict of interest

  • Environmental Concerns

  • Sexual Harassment or personal misbehavior

  • Health and Safety Violations

  • Failure to protect privacy data

  • DSM Corridor Group governing elements and internal policies.
